2. Confirmation
Receive confirmation for your chosen time slot and date.
3. Consult
Consult with our doctor comfortably via video call.
4. Payment
Teleconsultation fee: $25
(medications not included)

5. MC & Medication
Receive your MC and wait for your medication processing.
6. Delivery / Pickup
Arrange for home delivery or collect medicine at our clinic.
Teleconsultation Hours
- Monday - Friday: 08:30 AM - 01:00 PM, 06:00 PM - 09:00 PM
- Saturday/PH : 08:30 AM - 01:00 PM
- Sunday : 09:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Teleconsultation fee: $25 (medications not included).
Medication delivery via Lalamove is available. Delivery charges are payable by the patient or you can self
collect from the clinic within the standard operating hours of the clinic.
Medication delivery : For Teleconsultation after 3:00 PM, medication delivery will be
done
on the next working day or can be collected before 5:00 PM at our clinic.
For Teleconsultation between 8:30 am - 3pm your medication will be delivered within the same day or can
be
collected before 5:00 PM at our clinic.

Suitable conditions to see a doctor using telemedicine include:
- Fever, headache, cough, sore throat or cold
- Diarrhoea, Vomiting, Constipation
- Rash and cold sores
- Conjunctivitis
- Dermatological Condition
- Other non-emergency medical issue
- Follow-up Consultation
- Urinary Tract Infection
- Review of Health Screening Report
- Travel medicine advice
Note: If doctor diagnose complicated medical conditions, they will
advise you visiting clinic for a physical check-ups, or emergency treatments
